Birth Prep Sessions invite families to learn grounding tools for birth and beyond. Hypnobirthing uses mindfulness to build resilience, no matter how birth unfolds.
2 Sessions Recommended for unmedicated birth, VBAC or redemptive birth, and first-time parents.
Postpartum Check-in Sessions are tailored to what you’re ready to explore—birth debriefing, feeding, healing, relationships, identity shifts, parenting choices, returning to work, and family dynamics
4 Sessions recommended for first-time parents with the possibility to purchase an extension.
Parenting Sessions offer a way forward as we reflect on what’s working and what’s not—support for new autism, PDA Profile, or ADHD diagnoses, and for navigating relational or behavioral challenges at school and at home.
1-time Sessions available - 4 Sessions recommended.

What about insurance coverage?

Jen is currently credentialed as a doula with MassHealth, Health New England, TriCare, and UnitedHealthcare. Depending on your specific plan, other insurers often reimburse for services or offer HSA/FSA coverage. We’ll figure it out, together!
